Cancellation & Refund Policy Disclaimer
By purchasing our Wellness & Detox Membership Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your membership at any time; however, a 30-day notice is required for any cancellations to take effect. Cancellations made less than 30 days before your next billing cycle will be charged for the upcoming month before termination.

If you choose to cancel after receiving any included treatments, the full cost of those treatments (outside of membership discounts) will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or if a membership period has already begun.

For annual memberships, a prorated refund may be issued if the membership is canceled within the first 30 days, minus the cost of any services already received.

After the first 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable.

Membership Freezes:

Members may request to freeze their membership for up to 3 months in a calendar year without penalty. During this period, you will not be charged, and access to membership benefits will be temporarily paused.

Non-Transferable:

Memberships and associated benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared or passed to another individual.

No Show / Missed Appointment Policy:

For all appointments under your membership, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Failing to cancel within this time will result in a $50 no-show fee and forfeiture of the session.

Price Adjustments:

Membership pricing is subject to review and potential adjustment annually. Members will receive 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect. Ongoing members will be grandfathered into their current rate for the duration of their contract.

The Detox Membership Plan is subject to the availability of services and scheduling. We reserve the right to modify services, treatments, or providers at any time.
