Impact of aging on digestive tract, Importance of heart health and naturopathic perspective on cardiovascular wellness, Impact of age on bone and joints, the importance of the “Lung” health as the unique oxygen provider and air state detoxifier organ and an intro to naturopathic perspective on lung wellness and longevity, the impact of healthy Kidney function   in Longevity and an intro to managing risk factors. An intro to naturopathic perspective on importance of optimum liver function while aging. Nutrition, immunity and mood and memory and The mitochondrial health to keep you younger longer!

 

2nd day: Musculoskeletal Wellness And Longevity:

Natural health perspective on Musculoskeletal Wellness and natural recommendation for longevity of your bone and joint health. Guest speaker is our sought-after body trainer and Holistic nutritionist: Topics covered: Importance of exercise in graceful aging, and preserving balance, Participate in Strength and Flexibility Training to promote musculoskeletal health and learn exercises and stretches to improve posture, mobility, and overall physical function and lifestyle modifications to support musculoskeletal wellness.

 

3rd day: Mental Health And Longevity:

Natural health perspective on Mood and memory longevity, and mental wellbeing. Is there a refund policy?

Yes, absolutely! We'll be happy to provide a full refund, if you cancel the course anytime before 48 hours of commencing the course. No questions asked. The grace period of 48 hours before starting the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. By commencement of the course, unfortunately no refunds will be accepted.
